E 9- Shower in the Golden Elixir QiGong (how to)
Shower in the Golden Elixir Qigong is a powerful qigong, that cleanses, relaxes and energizes.
This is a qigong I have not taught many people but I think it's potential value to you is enough that I want to share it with you all. Further lessons on this qigong are available at the www.theinternalconnection.com
This episode takes us into how to do this qigong with focus on learning how to do itcorrectly and well especially with body mechanics of the qigong and why they are important. You will be able to see the importance of body mechanics in this and any other moving qigong.
*look for a guided qigong practice featuring this and other qigongs we have done including tree qigong in the near future
please send any questions to me at michael@theinternalconnection.com

Taste of Class: Applications from the park
Taste of class are clips of lessons, some application oriented some fun, some insightful wisdom.
This "first taste of class" is about some fun from the end of a lesson, dealing with choke hold from behind internally and with out resistance. Student Rick was holding on quite hard but not a full blown attempt at choking, though he was holding hard enough to cut off blood and air. He did not hold on with all his might because he would have been hurt.
The more the choker holds, the more intent to do harm he/she has the more energy they put forth, that energy is returned to them and can hurt them very badly.
Please do not try this on your own without training.
This is not a demonstration of the potential power involved only a fun bit from a lesson (if fully done it is scary)
We have done many different versions of choke holds and locks, this is one we got on video.
