Episode 6 Update
I shot episode 6 today, went to the park and it was a beautiful crisp fall day. I shot a 25 min episode on movement and found out while reviewing the footage that the battery for an important piece of audio equipment ran out of juice though I did charge the battery it must have not had a solid contact to the charger. About 12 min in to the video I lost audio.
I will hopefully have a chance to shoot again on Sunday, hopefully in the morning. I still see this episode to be about an introduction internal movement i.e. moving qigong exercises, tuishou and tongbei.
I hope to have the podcast published Sunday evening or Monday morning.
